netflow_dashboard:readUser IDRetrieve the top network destinations (remote IP addresses) by traffic volume.
Traffic to and from known DNS servers is excluded here; it is reported by
GET /v1/netflow/top-dns-transfer.
Each row carries the destination ip, its most common DNS name (dns_name, empty when
unknown), its resolved location (empty when unknown), and the upload / download
byte counts.
start_timedate-timeStart time for the report in ISO 8601 UTC format.
Either period, or both start_time and end_time, must be sent — otherwise 422.
When both are sent, start_time/end_time take precedence over period.

Must not be before start_time, and the range cannot exceed 180 days (422).
